Josef Scherer founded Scherer Creations in 1994, and still is the creative brain behind the brand. Based in a small town in Switzerland, Scherer’s work is characterised by bright colours and chunky shapes. His necklaces feature repeating shapes, often in pink, blue, purple and green gemstones, interspersed with gold and beads. The result is bold and eye-catching, something a little out of the ordinary. The focus is on unique designs with high quality craftsmanship. He is inspired by other cultures as well as his native Switzerland, and the shapes, textures and colours of the natural world. His jewellery celebrates vitality and depth of life.
